One cool church in SF is a rather modern-looking one called St. Mary’s on Gough Street. It houses a Ruffatti organ which was built in 1971 by Fratelli Ruffatti in Padua, Italy. This massive organ contains 4,842 pipes on 89 ranks and 69 stops for those of you who are organ aficionados.
Do I know anything about organs? No, lol. But I have heard this organ at this church before and it’s amazing!
