It has arrived! Here is our new view from our new location. This is a zoomed in view, but we actually have a 180 degree view. It’s spectacular! We are getting settled and I’m enjoying it very much. Wait…that’s not quite true….I’ve had a cold for almost two weeks so I’ve been enjoying having my husband nurse me back to health, lol.
Soon I think I’ll take a pano shot but for now, here it is……..
April 18, 2014 at 2:30 pm
Wow. You don’t need to go far for your photography…:)
April 18, 2014 at 2:31 pm
No, I really don’t lol. It’s come in handy since I’ve been sick for almost two weeks now.
April 18, 2014 at 2:34 pm
Hope you get better soon!
April 18, 2014 at 2:35 pm
Thank you, me too…I think I’m getting close.
April 18, 2014 at 2:38 pm
Good. I remember my last problem and all that kept me from going mad was that I was going to get outside!
April 18, 2014 at 2:40 pm
It has been difficult trying not to get completely annoyed at this considering we just moved here almost two weeks ago and I got sick on Day 2. Grrr….fortunately I had some pics waiting in the wings to be processed! Hope you are over it and back to “normal”. Is there such a thing? lol

Having heard Alexander Scourby read the following passage from Psalms 19:1-6, I can make the connection here:
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.
6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
April 18, 2014 at 8:10 pm
Beautiful! Hope your feeling better soon!

Good Lord…there are so many crazies out there!
April 19, 2014 at 7:25 am

April 19, 2014 at 7:28 am
That probably happens more to writers here I would suspect. I hope your new blog stays energy vampire free! 😀

This is such a great photo. It looks like something on the back of a postcard. The trees in the photo look so still, and so do the clouds. It’s as if time has stopped for a moment and you captured that. Well done, Laura 🙂
April 19, 2014 at 7:25 am
Thank you so much Mabel. It does look like a postcard now that you mention it.
