I simply love this direction that photo-art seems to be heading in. It feels like a new phase developing where it’s about the art and the beauty rather than photographic documentation. This is a great example of that trend I believe.
It does have a water look as if they are floating. But if you look again you see the light shining through and a gilded sprinkle on the leaves. It’s because they are suspended with just a slight hint of the branch that gives that floating effect. Just beautiful!!!
Of course you know I love nature photography, and right away this one reminded me of an English story i heard once about where the fairies live, don’ t you know Laura the fairies are living way back under those leaves! π

I’m on an iPhone but the leaves look like they are in water?
July 5, 2014 at 7:28 am
No they are not in water…I think if you look on a computer (some day when you get one lol), it’s just a texture and they are in dark light.
July 5, 2014 at 7:31 am
Ahhhh I swear I need one of those computer boxes with a tv on it:)

July 5, 2014 at 7:51 am
