Yes I am a bit addicted to this lens lol. I’m loving trying to find new ways to see things. While this isn’t maybe the most creative, I really loved seeing the Hydrangea close up.

Really lovely Laura, I wouldn’t have guessed it was a hydrangea though, so very interesting. I really love them, they are one of my favourites.
July 25, 2014 at 7:11 am
Thank you 🙂 I think it’s a particular type of hydrangea. Someone said Oak Hydrangea? I’ll have to google that. 🙂

If anyone has ever taken (quickly) to a lens – it is you – you really have come up with some great macros since getting this lens. I’m happy that you do not seem to be having any “buyers remorse” 🙂
July 25, 2014 at 7:19 am
What a nice compliment! Thank you very much Robert. 🙂 No, definitely no buyer’s remorse here, that’s for sure.

Oh man! I love seeing your macro shots Laura, they are so awesome. I am starting a “Lens Jar” so I feel like I am doing something to curb my fascination.
This image looks, to me, like a large collection of butterflies huddled together getting ready to take flight. Just gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
July 25, 2014 at 8:43 pm
Oh wow Carrie…I love your interpretation! I see that now. Thank you for your artistic eye and your wonderful comments! Yes, a Lens Jar! I need a jar for another lens lol. 17-55mm…I want one…maybe next year. 🙂
