  15. Is that a Laura Macky quote? I truly love it and so agree.
Ah breath taking image today Laura… the depths and height are gorgeous!

    • I guess it is! LM at your service for quotes lately lol. Thank you so much Robyn. πŸ™‚

      • Keep them up… they are resonating with me πŸ˜€ This is a great one, as is the image πŸ™‚ x

        • Funny…this one has had the fewest likes. I’ve noticed I get a lot more likes on my color images. I love color so maybe that’s why. They can “feel” my love! haha But thank you Robyn. I’m glad you like it. I kinda liked this one. πŸ™‚

          • Well I definitely love colour and have been called a ‘colourist’…and other names…lol, but there’s a place for mono and this definitely works. I really like it too.
I imagine this would be breathtaking in colour too.
I do love the depth that mono gives this. No distractions.
It’s good to play and experiment. Be you, be you, be you xx

          • Thank you so much for your encouraging words Robyn. I think I’ve been called similar names! πŸ˜› I do try to be me. I love learning by seeing what others do but I try not to copy and just to be myself. HUGS!

          • I think lots of us learn like that Laura.
Love what you’re doing. Hugs back!

  16. this is gorgeous Larua.

  17. gorgeous and quietly stunning. Just perfect πŸ™‚

  18. Perfect, Laura, as always! Thanks so much! πŸ™‚

  19. Flowers normally look good in colours, but sepia works very well here. Great post-processing Laura.

  20. Like an air bubble rising to the surface….the beauty and texture of this photograph has risen over many others.

  21. So tender, delicate and beautiful. I think this looks great in monochrome. I noticed your comment about this one getting less likes than your colour posts but honestly I think people are so trained to see beauty in colour and to create in colour that they simply do not see the beauty in stripping away all the distraction of colour so that we can really feel the heart and soul of an image.
