It was multiple things…but the main thing I did was created a copy of the original layer, added motion to the top and overlayed it on top of the original layer which I had saturated to the hilt and added blurring. I combined them then and added curve, gradient, and the mixing brush here and there. I considering it “doodling” in photoshop. Thank you for asking!
