Evening Walk – Monochrome Madness

THIS IS A SCHEDULED POST

I’m not really at my computer right now.  This will be my last post containing an image from my camera for a few weeks until I’m able to get up and around again, but I couldn’t resist partaking in one more MMC until then.  🙂

This image is of my husband walking as the sun was going down behind him in the west; and it’s the perfect time to thank him for being my rock and taking care of me through all my physical challenges the past few years.  And oh yeah, a big thank you to him for listening to me when I can’t stop talking about photography, lol!

One last thing if you’ve made it this far…I hope you don’t mind if I ask you for some prayers right now.  I would be so grateful to those of you who could hold me in your thoughts and send me positive vibes.   Thank you!

 ❤

  5. Good Luck Laura.. my thoughts are with you!!!

  6. Successful surgery, comfort through a swift recovery, and the knowledge you are thought about and missed…our prayer for you. I love the photo!

  7. Know that there are many who have you in our thoughts for today’s surgery, Laura. 🙂 All the best.

  8. You will be jogging up Mount Diablo shortly or strolling thru the shops of Walnut Creek soon.

  9. You did not really have to ask for our prayers! They were being offered even without your plea! Silly girl. Isn’t it comforting to have a mate who will listen as we talk about photography? Mine is an angel. She has had three operations to repair a broken foot within the past 5 years and, when the doctors told her she would not walk without assistance again, she proved them wrong. We go hiking together as often as possible just to prove them wrong! Do not worry!

    • I am so glad your wife is doing well and pushed through. I’m doing well, much better than the last knee that’s for sure! I know I will be as good as new once I have rehabbed. Thank you for your comments and most of all your prayers. 🙏

    See you on your return.

  51. I have been thinking about you…wondering how your surgery went and hoping that you are supported and able to heal. It looks like, from all these lovely comments that YOU ARE 🙂 YAY. Sometimes these moments, where we are MADE to stop and slow down, offer some great opportunities to see the best of the moment. I hope this is true for you too. Looking forward to connecting as you heal, no need to rush things!

  52. You are most welcome 🙂

  53. Laura, healing blessings as you rest under the care of your devoted husband. How sweet of you to post a picture of him for your anniversary. Congratulations to you both. ❀
