While I was at the Presidio taking shots of the Golden Gate Bridge, I used my trusty rule of turning around 360 degrees to see what other photo opportunities there were. Looking south of the Golden Gate, I saw the sun casting a beautiful light on an exclusive residential area of San Francisco above Baker Beach called Sea Cliff. These homes have stunning views of the Golden Gate. Can you imagine waking up and having coffee in the mornings overlooking this beautiful area? It’s fun to dream. 🙂

I used to live 20 miles north of SF. One of my favorite memories was being stuck on traffic on the Golden Gate bridge going to work and having my breath taken away from the glorious sunrises. 🙂
Thanks for the reminder. 🙂

I’m glad you have fond memories of the traffic! Good you have them from 20 years ago because now you’d cry lol.

Going back to places I’ve lived before has been like comparing Kissimmee of the 1960’s to the concrete jungle it became after the amusement parks descended on it. It’s hard to find anything to remind you of it before.

Isn’t that the truth. The neighborhood I grew up in is still the same but it’s very run down. It used to be such a cute place.
