I love the way you word things. Thanks so much David. I think that inscription is amazing. The way people worded things long ago is so different than our current lack of vocabulary flourishes!
Another view into a fantasy world, Laura. I like how you captured the temple and the long exposure of the clouds. As with all long exposures and moving trees I usually have mixed feelings. But in this one they work. Add a bit more drama to the scene. Love it. Smiles. Reinhold
Thank you so much! I’m glad you see it that way. I did the LE because I didn’t want the cloud patterns fighting the architecture so it appears that it worked!
I love that inscription for the very reason you mention and I’m happy to hear you like how I presented it. Things of old always seem so much more special than things we build today.
Thanks so much MM. 🙂 The LE was 112 seconds. I had to count manually because I left my phone in the trunk of our car lol. I meant to do 120 seconds but I guess my cadence was off a bit. 😉

I really like the way the architectural details, ceiling detail, and inscription show up with so much acuity. Very nice.

Wow – great job! I love seeing the entire structure embedded in the landscape and “framed” by the cloudy sky.

I’m so glad you like this one! I was going to show it first but I’m glad I waited. There is something to be said for a bit of suspense. Thank you!

Thank you. 🙂 I wanted to capture the scene and with the clouds still, the pattern of them fought the building I thought, so enter LE!

Long exposure “suits” very well to the ambiance and accentuates the details of the architecture. Great shot!

Such an appropriate quote in California where water is so sacred and often scarce. Moody photo, very nice, and beautiful expression, Laura.

The long exposure and B/W has worked really well here Laura. Great shot. Out of interest how long was the LE? MM🍀
