I’ve been waiting for a while to get some fog images.  Yesterday, I was on top of Mt. Tamalpais in Marin County located just north of San Francisco.

The beauty of Mt. Tam are the sunsets with a layer of fog below.  The waves of fog in this image were accentuated using an exposure of 30sec.  I’m really liking the smooth texture illustrating the hilly terrain beneath.

Boy…what a way to end my week.  Happy Monday all! Cheers!!!

To The Moon!

Sitting on my back deck has proved to be not to shabby for taking photos.  You’d think I planned all these photos as of late!  Today’s post is of a plane passing by the moon.  I could not believe my luck.  I’ll let the image speak for itself.

Sometimes nature mimics other things, like when you look up into the sky and see a cloud that looks like a swan.  In this case, the evening light and the shape of this tree trunk reminded me of something else………..What do you see?
